Welcome to Functional Core and Pelvic Floor For Seniors. In preparation for our in-person portion of the course, we have a series of pre-class videos (~90 minutes) to ensure all the participants enter the class with some common knowledge and understanding. These videos are taken from different continuing education courses offered at The Tummy Team and comprise some of the base knowledge that will be helpful in this senior focused course.
