The Tummy Team Toddler Course is a 4-week online program designed to help parents of young children who are struggling with diastasis recti, umbilical hernias, detached umbilicus, and related functional core weakness symptoms. This course addresses children from 1 to 5 years old (but has content that can apply to newborns and older children as well). We give parents the tools to help their children heal and be strong for the next stage of their development.

Video Education

You will receive a series of videos beginning with education about diastasis and functional core anatomy and including specific strategies and tools you can implement with your child to promote healing.
